TLT Disputes Conference

Save the date for TLT’s inaugural Disputes Conference which will provide you with an overview of the hot topics in this area, but with a practical and commercial focus.

The event will be chaired by Jonathan Hoey, TLT partner and Head of Banking & Financial Services Litigation. Jonathan and other TLT specialists will be joined by our keynote speaker Graham Cluley, who is a computer security expert. Graham Cluley has been at the forefront of cybersecurity for over 25 years and he’s worked for some of the biggest companies in the field and is now a respected blogger and consultant in this area. Graham will look at the actual, everyday threats faced by organisations. 

The morning will also feature panel discussions on current and future trends in disputes and the use of legal tech to manage disputes effectively. There will also be a number of breakout sessions run by our various disputes teams. These will focus on key issues including Consumer Duty, ESG from a risk perspective, privilege, confidentiality and breaches of restrictive covenants, unfinished development and developer insolvency plus lots of other topics still to be confirmed.
