Angela Leavens

As the Head of Research for Managed Legal Services (MLS) at TLT, Angela oversees the Document Production and Research Teams, ensuring alignment with the MLS model of continuous improvement in people, processes, and technology.

Angela leads a team of Researchers dedicated to providing high-quality business and legal research services, as well as horizon scanning for both internal and external clients. The Document Production team offers a range of services, including document finishing, house-style formatting, document conversion, and maintaining the firm's precedent bank.

Angela collaborates closely with Knowledge Lawyers and the Future Law teams, contributing to strategic firmwide projects that enhance internal knowledge sharing and client services. A qualified Library and Information professional from New Zealand, Angela is also a member of the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians (BIALL).
