Advising a manufacturer on the implementation of a management incentive plan. This involved training session for employees, which we designed in conjunction with the client and ran from our offices.

Advising an insurer on the tax and benefit implications of the harmonisation of their worldwide benefits. As part of the commercial solution, we suggested introducing a salary exchange programme in the UK, resulting in a significant tax saving.

Led on the design and implementation of a new management incentive plan for a software company, which was important to ensure management were appropriately incentivised for the next period of growth.
