We regularly advise on the implementation of HMRC self certified and tax efficient share plans such as Enterprise Management Incentives, CSOP, Share Incentive Plans and Save As You Earn plans. In addition, we implement a range of bespoke solutions including growth share plans, deferred bonus plans, joint ownership arrangements, nil paid share plans and advise regularly on employer shareholder status.

  • Advised an IT solution company on share plans for all of its UK subsidiaries, including managing the role of its French Stock Option Plan into the UK and the extension of its UK share plans into the US.
  • Advised a pub company on the implementation of a new ShareSave Plan, including advising on the AGM Notice and Circular.
  • Advising a manufacturer on their share plan remuneration policy and implementation and the annual operation of their share plans.
