Projects, infrastructure & construction

Our Projects Infrastructure and Construction team is recognised for its extensive sector knowledge and collaborate ways of working, putting your business priorities at the centre.
We are commercial, we listen and we are here to advise and prepare you for what comes next.
Through decades of experience, we’ve developed a market-leading practice that delivers on innovative and forward-thinking projects with a particular focus on sustainability and modular construction.
We’re one of a few UK law firms with the specialist expertise to advise on all aspects of energy projects across the range of technologies and project life cycles in all three UK jurisdictions. Our work includes major infrastructure projects.
As specialists in supporting government and public sector projects, we act for central and local governments, healthcare providers and healthcare trusts on all aspects of their estates nationwide. Additionally, we act for Blue Light organisations.
We provide a full range of services in real estate development. We act for public and private developers, funders, institutional end-users among others on a wide range of development and regeneration projects, from large-scale mixed-use schemes, to relocation projects, student accommodation schemes and flagship office facilities. We are active in the housing and regeneration space, where we work for G15 organisations and Registered Providers across the country.
