Madi is a transactional construction lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience of advising on major, international and complex energy and infrastructure projects.
She leads on the reviewing, drafting and negotiation of the suite of construction, O&M, and asset management contracts (and all ancillary documents) for energy projects, across a wide range of technologies, including solar, battery storage, wind, EV charging, interconnectors, geothermal and biomass. Madi is familiar with requirements of lenders and investors and positions sought by many contractors and advises on bankable and commercial positions that can be accepted by developers.
