Advising National Highways on the development and delivery of Lower Thames Crossing, the UK’s biggest road project since the M25. TLT’s role comprises planning, land assembly, commercial contracts and advice on delivery of the project under a new regulated asset base model.

Appointed to Network Rail’s core legal panel for England and Wales, providing core legal services and specialist parliamentary agency support to the UK’s rail infrastructure operator.

Advising several water utilities on operational and day to day requirements across the infrastructure asset life-cycle.

Advising East West Railway Company on the East West Rail project, a c.£5bn programme delivering a new rail connection between Oxford, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge, with TLT advising on all property and planning aspects.

Advising a major airport owner / operator on both strategic projects and day to day operational requirements across the infrastructure asset life-cycle.
