- Supported Capita through a major cyber incident, advising on related litigation and regulatory response.
- Advised PXN Ventures on its £5m funding round into Stockport-based Silveray.
- Helped Dutch energy, technology and connectivity infrastructure business Hanab complete two UK acquisitions.
- Guided the shareholders of Revive! Auto Innovations through investment from Mobeus Equity Partners.
- Worked with K3 Capital Group on its investment into two Manchester-based financial advisory firms.
- Advised Praetura Ventures on its Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II investment into Atomik AM.
- Advised Transport for Greater Manchester and the Greater Manchester authorities on the hybrid bill for HS2/Northern Powerhouse Rail.
- Acted for National Grid on its proposed application for a material change to the Hinkley Point C Connection Project, a flagship 57km high-voltage transmission line connecting Hinkley Point C nuclear power station to the National Grid and the first UK transmission route to deploy innovative T-Pylon technology.
- Appointed legal advisor to the Isle of Man Government on the Mooir Vannin Offshore Wind Farm, the first application under its Marine Infrastructure Consent regime.
