Paul is a partner in the Banking and Finance team and heads our banking and finance practice in the North West.
Paul joined TLT in 2016 from Addleshaw Goddard.
Paul has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of both strategic and transactional finance work, with a particular specialism in ESG and green finance.
Paul advises on a wide range of finance matters with extensive experience in social housing finance, real estate finance (complex investment and development transactions), restructuring work in the real estate sector, structured finance, corporate lending, public and quasi-public financing, leveraged acquisition finance and project finance.
