Implementing a new legal front door, using existing technology

Client need: A regulated business needed to modernise its legal operations to support growth. The legal team faced rising volumes of requests, limited visibility over panel activity, and manual processes that slowed response times and created inconsistency.
What we did: We built a legal front door on the client's existing HighQ platform for triaging and managing requests, with a matter management system tailored to bridging finance workflows. We automated task allocation and document generation, created dashboards for real-time visibility and performance tracking, and enabled secure collaboration with internal teams and panel firms. The solution was delivered iteratively with close stakeholder engagement.

Transforming complex global documentation at scale.

Client need: Rapid termination and replacement of 850+ agreements across 190 entities in 49 jurisdictions. The volume, complexity and tight deadlines made conventional delivery methods unviable.
What we did: Built a custom solution combining document automation, e-signature and real-time dashboards. We automated 40+ templates and coordinated execution across multiple territories, delivering the project with minimal impact on the legal department.
Benefits delivered: We completed the project in record time, cutting delivery costs by 90% compared to manual delivery. We’ve since been appointed on multiple additional technology projects for the client.

What we did: We undertook process mapping and pain point analysis, then assessed current processes against our optimal contract lifecycle management model. We recommended areas for improvement and prioritised tasks aligned to team and organisational strategy. We supported change through solution design and delivery, including implementing a contract analytics and management solution.

Preparing 18,000 documents for complex technology migration and implementation

Client need: A multinational technology business needed to review a large volume of legal and contractual documents across multiple jurisdictions and systems to maximise commercial opportunities. The challenge was to assess existing contractual terms, improve the accuracy and governance of contractual data, and ensure readiness for future integration of a new enterprise Contract Management System—all whilst dealing with approximately 18,000 documents requiring de-duplication and structured tagging.
What we did: We used an eDiscovery platform for initial document review and de-duplication, followed by structured tagging and data management. We deployed a dedicated team including project management and paralegal support, trained to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process. We implemented efficient workflows with robust quality assurance processes and delivered full Management Information reporting.
Benefits delivered: The client gained a cleansed, searchable and standardised dataset of 18,000 documents, with duplication removed and data quality significantly improved. The structured dataset was ready for integration with advanced legal technology platforms, with workflows that accelerated delivery whilst maintaining compliance and governance standards. Full MI reporting enabled transparency and informed decision-making, positioning the business for successful technology adoption and future commercial opportunities.

Dawn raid simulation helps client win legal technology team of the year award

Client need: Prepare employees for potential dawn raids, as part of their crisis management protocols, ensuring teams understood their rights, obligations and how to respond correctly under pressure.
What we did: We designed an interactive digital simulation that replicates the lived experience of a dawn raid. Users role-play as an in-house lawyer navigating realistic scenarios from their phone, with the tool adapting based on their responses and generating personalised feedback reports for each participant.
Benefits delivered: The client's team feel better equipped than ever before, with improved comprehension and retention compared to traditional training methods. Employees have access to ongoing refresher training and personalised feedback, whilst data from the tool helped identify knowledge gaps across the organisation, enabling targeted follow-up action.
