Flexible Resource
Let's shape the future.

One way that we work side-by-side with our clients is providing the right level of additional support, as and when they need it. Whether to boost internal team capacity, scale resources to manage a project, bring in specialist expertise or accommodate a required client secondment, we can find the right people fast.
We offer a lot more than legal services. Our flexible resource service enables us to work around client needs and think creatively about how we can best support them. The aim is always the same: to help our clients succeed and rise to new challenges.
But it is not just our clients that benefit. You can too.
Legal consultants working with TLT benefit from:
- An opportunity to work with a flexible resource service driven by client need rather than volumes or margins
- A comprehensive induction process and access to TLT training, expertise and innovative legal technology and resources
- Senior level TLT support throughout a secondment and a real sense of being part of the wider client team from the start
- Clear objectives throughout the placement to help us all meet expectations
- The opportunity to work with some of the UK's major institutions, high growth businesses and well-known brands on a flexible basis
Flexible resourcing goes hand in hand with our Future Law solutions. It ensures we are agile enough to meet any challenge and continue to exceed client expectations. At the same time, it creates a community for our legal professionals and allows you to work in a way that works alongside your other commitments.
Success is all about having the right team in place and supporting people in a way that best unleashes their potential. That is what TLT Flexible Resource is all about.
Be bold, be curious and join us for what comes next.
