• We acted for First Trust Bank on its development funding loan to parent and subsidiary Howden Enterprises Limited and K Hughes & Co Limited, a leading mushroom grower in the UK and Ireland, for development funding for a state-of-the-art mushroom growing and packaging plant in Yorkshire. This was a complex project finance deal which comprised significant shareholder investment together with circa £9 million of bank funding.
