Orla has extensive experience advising financial institutions, investment firms and corporate borrowers on a broad range of transactional finance work.
Orla advises clients on all aspects of bilateral and syndicated lending, with a particular focus on corporate finance, real estate finance (investment and development transactions), future energy finance, debt restructuring and acquisition finance across a variety of sectors.
Orla frequently works on and specialises in cross-border transactions across a number of jurisdictions. Orla has a strong reputation advising numerous international investment funds on loan book acquisitions and has worked on some of Northern Ireland's largest loan book acquisitions.
Orla is qualified and admitted to practice in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and England & Wales. Her ability to work on cross-border deals in Northern Ireland and Ireland enables her to provide clients with a strong all-Ireland offering in finance, restructuring and energy financing.
