Orla frequently works on and specialises in cross-border transactions across a number of jurisdictions. Orla has a strong reputation advising numerous international investment funds on loan book acquisitions and has worked on some of Northern Ireland's largest loan book acquisitions.
Orla is qualified and admitted to practice in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and England & Wales. Her ability to work on cross-border deals in Northern Ireland and Ireland enables her to provide clients with a strong all-Ireland offering in finance, restructuring and energy financing.
