Advising an international fintech on Brexit preparations
The challenge
An international payment services company needed support to transfer EEA master services agreements (EEA MSA) to the latest contract (Global MSA) as part of their Brexit preparations.
Our solution
We provided legal advice on the transfer of the existing bespoke language from the EEA MSA into the GMSA. The transition was managed using a combination of our TLT One contract lifecycle management tool and our TLT Applied project management solution.
A qualified Legal Project Manager worked with the client and the lead partner to manage the effective delivery of the migration. The comparison, extraction and repapering work was completed by members of our Document Review and Collation team (part of our larger, flexible resourcing solution: TLT ReSource) before each new contract went through a senior lawyer led quality control process to ensure accuracy.
