Philip supports clients on strategically important transactions across a range of sectors but has a particular focus on transactions in the financial services sector, having supported clients on numerous investment and M&A transactions involving FCA / PRA regulated businesses.
Philip has significant practical experience from secondments at AnaCap, a financial services focused private equity fund, and CDC Group plc, the UK’s development finance institution.
Philip is independently recognised in Chambers & Partners as an “Up and Coming” lawyer and has been named as a “Next Generation Partner” in The Legal 500, with clients describing him as “an outstanding, commercially astute young partner” and "a rising star: bright, thorough, responsive and calm”.

- The vendors and management team of Vivup, an FCA-regulated award-winning wellbeing and employee benefits provider, on the MBO supported by private equity investment from Omni Partners.
