
TLT consolidates national corporate strength with new Partner appointment
Top 40 UK national law firm TLT welcomes corporate finance and M&A specialist Andrew Glaze as a Partner in Birmingham.
Joining TLT from Squire Patton-Boggs, Andrew brings over 25 years of experience across the full range of corporate finance transactions including upper mid-market mergers and acquisitions, complex reconstructions and joint ventures, in the UK and internationally. Andrew also has experience advising on public takeovers and equity market fundraisings.
Andrew’s clients have included FTSE, AIM and private groups, which he has advised in relation to all aspects of company law, governance and regulatory compliance. He has been consistently ranked in the independent legal directories as a leading expert in Corporate/M&A in the region.
At TLT Andrew will focus on increasing the team’s client base nationally and within the region, including its ECM offering and the wider range of services available to its public company clients. He will work closely with recently appointed Paul Kehoane in Manchester, also a recognised expert in advising private and public companies on M&A, takeovers, governance and fundraisings.
Other recent strategic hires in the continued growth trajectory of TLT’s national Corporate team include Partners Victoria Zivkovic in Manchester, and partner Mathew Harvey and legal director Leanne Fryer in Birmingham.
