Irina is part of the Corporate team and specialises in mergers, acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, investments and corporate re-organisations across several sectors.
Irina has gained broad experience working on a number of large, complex and award-winning M&A deals enabling clients to achieve their commercial and strategic objectives.
Recent transactions include advising LDC, the private equity investor which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, and the management team on the exit of Cakesmiths – a Bristol-based manufacturer and supplier of artisan cakes (winner of Large Deal of the Year at the Insider South West Dealmaker Awards) - TLT advises on exit of Bristol-based Cakesmiths to European food group - TLT LLP
Irina is a member of TLT’s International Working Group (IWG) - TLT International Working Group
Irina is also a tri-lingual overseas lawyer (English, Ukrainian and Russian), who practised as a commercial lawyer in Kyiv, Ukraine before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.
