Managing Associate
Peter is a managing associate in TLT’s corporate future energy team with a broad range of experience and a particular interest in sustainable infrastructure and ESG.
Peter advises clients on corporate transactional and advisory work, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganisations and on corporate governance matters.
Peter has acted for a wide range of developers, utilities, debt and equity funders including Alpha Real, Atrato, Belltown Power, Bio Capital, Downing, ENGIE, Gravis, Ingenious, JBM Solar, Octopus Energy Generation, SSE, Thrive Renewables and others.

Advising Bluefield on the acquisition of a 70MWp solar park in Wiltshire and on the acquisition of a 93MW solar and onshore wind portfolio.
Advising FirstGroup plc on a strategic partnership with Hitachi for the provision of batteries for electric buses.
Advising Fulcrum BioEnergy on Jet2 plc investment in Northpoint sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production facility.
Advising Gresham House on over 200MW of battery storage investments and on an investment in a biofuel project.
Advising iCON Infrastructure on the acquisition of a UK hazardous waste business.
