TLT Impact Report 2024

For our people, planet and places

Our 2024 Impact report details our approach and the actions we are taking to make a positive impact on our people, planet and places: addressing the role we play in the lives of our people, minimising our environmental impact and maximising the support and contribution we make to our local community.

Led by our partner champions and employee forums, and with oversight and advocacy from our board, our impact strategy channels the passion and dedication of our people in ways that best raise awareness of the issues, create the right focus and drive rapid change.
