She drives the firm’s work with The Chancery Lane Project, with whom she created the Built Environment Climate Contracts Tool – a freely available tool which guides users through the sustainable drafting available at each stage of the lifecycle of the built environment, from pre-planning, through development, to occupation of the premises. She frequently provides training to clients on climate conscious drafting, speaks at external conferences and writes for publications on this, and wider ESG issues.
Alexandra has previously acted for land owners on large scale developments, and on behalf of both landlords and tenants in lease acquisitions, disposals and general estate management work.
Alexandra qualified in 2001 and has been a knowledge lawyer since 2010.
