
Government and public services legal panel appointments
TLT is appointed to most key public sector procurement framework panels, including the main Crown Commercial Services panels for both central government and the wider public sector.
You can procure TLT legal advice via many of these frameworks, provided you meet the necessary criteria and follow their individual award processes.
For any public sector body; membership is required.
Lot 1: Corporate, governance and finance
Lot 3: Development
Developed in partnership with Government Legal Department (GLD) for use by all ministerial and non-ministerial UK government departments, executive agencies, other parts of the government holding Crown status, all non-Crown bodies wholly or partly owned by a ministerial department or their subsidiary, NDPBs, other public bodies, public corporations and their subsidiaries sponsored by ministerial departments.
- Lot 1 – General legal advice and services
Available to Department for International Trade, all ministerial and non-ministerial government departments, executive agencies, civil service bodies, all non-Crown bodies wholly or partly owned by a ministerial department or their subsidiary, NDPBs, devolved administrations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and their respective agencies and subsidiaries.
- Lot 1 – International trade law and disputes
- Lot 2 – International trade and negotiations
Central government and wider public sector can use this framework for consultancy advice. Other appropriate frameworks should be used when seeking legal advice.
- Lot 6 – Procurement and supply chain
For use across the wider public sector. Any central government department or executive agency wishing to access this framework agreement must follow GLD’s exceptions process.

National Legal Services Framework (NLSF)
Can be accessed by Police Forces and Police and Crime Commissioners in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, Greater London Authority, Property Services Department, Digital Policing, Commercial Services and other stakeholders such as National Crime Agency and British Transport Police.
