Shelley is a commercial disputes specialist. She qualified as a commercial litigation solicitor in 2005 and enjoyed a varied and broad practice before joining TLT as a Knowledge Lawyer in 2015.
Shelley advises on technical legal issues and key procedural developments arising in commercial litigation. She is responsible for ensuring that her dispute resolution colleagues stay up to date with key developments and that her practice group works effectively and efficiently in its delivery of legal services. She is also heavily involved in developing and delivering a training programme for TLT's commercial clients including TLT's Disputes Conference and a video series aimed at in house counsel and finance directors called ‘CDR in 10’.
Shelley is the founding member of TLT’s Greener Disputes Committee, which takes active and practical steps to reduce the negative environmental impact of disputes work across across England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Shelley is a member of the Association of Litigation Professional Support Lawyers and sits on various working groups for the Greener Litigation Pledge.
