Claire's practice area covers the application of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and the Procurement Act 2023.
Claire is experienced in advising clients at all stages of the procurement process including early project planning and strategy. Formerly a senior lawyer in central government, Claire has an in-depth understanding of the practical and commercial application of her legal advice.
