Associate
Asma is an Associate in the Employment team. She has specialised in Employment Law since 2015 as a Litigation Executive (Senior) with experience of conducting her own employment tribunal claims since 2015.
Asma has experience in dealing with a wide range of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and various other claims.
Asma has acted for a broad range of organisations in the private and public sectors, including small and large establishments, and across various governmental departments.

- Handling Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers from the outset with ACAS Early Conciliation to the final hearing.
- Advising and negotiating on settlement on behalf of employers.
- Attending Employment Tribunal preliminary hearings and advocating on behalf of clients at the early stages of their claims.
