We understand the available mechanisms to address different structural problems, especially where it involves tax planning, and work collaboratively with clients and their other professional advisers to ensure that the reorganisation is achieved on time and on budget, and with sufficient rigour to withstand scrutiny by a third party buyer or taxation authorities.

We can help you simplify group structures by eliminating surplus entities, reducing cost, complexity and risk, either by a Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVL) or by more cost effective striking off/dissolution.

Where an MVL is appropriate, we work closely with the proposed insolvency practitioner to deliver a seamless solution.
