Antonia is an accredited Fellow of the IFT (Institute for Turnaround) and has particular experience in accelerated disposals of loss-making or non-core divisions, acquisitions of competitors in turnaround situations, and in solvent group restructurings, often alongside turnaround executives and CROs tasked with stabilising the business.
Antonia is also a also a corporate partner in the Future Energy sector team and has led a number of M&A and JVs in onshore wind, ground mounted solar, hydro, waste-to-energy, battery storage, biomass and AD.
