Andrew has acted on some of the firm’s national and international high profile and high value deals including the owners of Detectortesters on their disposal process and buy-out backed by Inflexion; the management of Forthglade Foods on the secondary buy-out by IK Investment Partners and the shareholders of BTQ Limited, one of the UK’s leading providers of work safety equipment, on its acquisition by US-based MSA Safety.
