Partner, head of Corporate
Andrew is head of the national Corporate team and is an experienced corporate transactions partner.
He has worked with some of the firm’s key clients across its focus sectors, including regularly in the retail and consumer goods, digital and leisure sectors.
Andrew has acted on some of the firm’s national and international high profile and high value deals including the owners of Detectortesters on their disposal process and buy-out backed by Inflexion; the management of Forthglade Foods on the secondary buy-out by IK Investment Partners and the shareholders of BTQ Limited, one of the UK’s leading providers of work safety equipment, on its acquisition by US-based MSA Safety.
Andrew is independently recognised as a notable practitioner in Corporate/M&A law by Chambers UK and a Leading Individual in The Legal 500 2023.
