Olivia specialises in corporate tax advising on direct and indirect taxes, the tax implications of the acquisition, disposal or reorganisation of shares or securities and assisting with the implementation of incentive arrangements.
Since qualification she has provided structuring and transactional support for both public and private sector clients.
Olivia’s work includes corporate tax structuring and negotiation support for merger and acquisitions, including employee ownership acquisitions, as well as providing advice on employee incentive arrangements.
Olivia’s experience also includes providing advice on aspects of real estate tax, including, stamp duty land tax, capital allowances, capital contributions and the construction industry scheme.
Olivia is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
