Victoria has extensive knowledge in the structuring and delivery of joint ventures between the public and private sector in support of housing led regeneration schemes advising on corporate and financing arrangements as well as supporting service arrangements. Victoria has also developed collaborative models of working between local and central government to support the joint funding and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Victoria has specialist knowledge around the payment and delivery of grant funding particularly for the delivery of infrastructure projects and has delivered a number of funding programs for Homes England acting on behalf of the agency and on behalf of local government grant recipients.

- Acting on behalf of a London Borough on the procurement of a private sector partner to deliver a large housing led regeneration project.
- Working on behalf of the a non-departmental public body on a collaborative model to fund and construct infrastructure assets with local government.
- Working on behalf of a number of Local Authority clients receiving HIF funding.
- Advising a number of Combined Authorities on funding and financing approaches to be explored as part of the development of mass transit schemes.
