Liz joined TLT in 2015 and is a partner in the firm’s corporate team.
She has over 18 years' experience as a corporate finance lawyer and handles a mix of M&A, private equity and public equity work. She has particular expertise advising on AIM and other IPOs and placings, together with acting for a number of acquisitive clients in the leisure and retail sectors.
Her practice includes advising on public-to-private, MBO, MBI and equity capital markets transactions, together with acquisitions, disposals, group re-organisations and property joint ventures on behalf of a wide spectrum of clients from start-ups and SMEs to AIM and full-listed companies. Liz also provides general corporate advice, specifically on MAR compliance, and broader corporate governance to listed and traded clients.
