Neal is a commercial real estate solicitor with extensive knowledge and experience of property investment, development and asset management. He also has considerable experience acting for administrators, banks, landlords and tenants in insolvency scenarios.
For 15 years, Neal has assisted a wide variety of clients with their real estate needs. His clients include institutional investors, developers, corporate occupiers and financial institutions.
Over the years, Neal has acted on several high-profile real estate and corporate transactions and prides himself on finding innovative commercial solutions to complex legal issues.
The Legal 500 has described Neal as “knowledgeable” in his field.
