We operate across the UK advising property companies, corporate entities, funds and private equity, private individuals and international clients of all kinds on their property investment activities.
We help clients with every aspect of their investment activity; from advising on the establishment of funds or other investment vehicles, including offshore; to acquisitions and disposals including related funding requirements. We also support clients with asset management, including lettings and dispute resolution.
Our related services include corporate and property tax, construction, planning and environmental. We provide innovative technology-based solutions to help clients manage transactions and portfolios, ensuring they can access the information they need quickly and efficiently.
We invest the time and energy to understand the specific commercial needs of a client's business, recognising the benefits of a consistent and close working relationship.
Experience
- Working with Matthew Clark to maintain and expand its warehouse operation for its distribution network across England and Wales, by way of acquisition, lease renewal and subletting of warehouses in Didcot, Eastleigh and Hertford.
- Advised on the purchase of a bottling line premises in Shepton Mallet for £6 million, and the further £9 million acquisition of a 12 acre site owned by Magners, along with the acquisition of the Magners cider press and bottling business on the site.
- Acting for Well Pharmacy on the re-gearing of a lease at Meir Park, their national distribution centre. This state-of-the-art, £16m Healthcare Service Centre is the largest of its kind in Europe.
- Advising Pets at Home and Vets4Pets on their warehousing and distributions centre acquisitions and asset management.
- Advising on a number significant deals for Lookers Motor Group for car storage depots which are large sheds exceeding 150,000 sq ft.
