TLT advises award-winning accountancy firm on acquisition of Green Square

National law firm TLT has advised HaysMac LLP, the award-winning accountancy, tax and advisory firm, on its acquisition of Green Square – a corporate finance and advisory practice.

The acquisition will strengthen HaysMac’s corporate finance capability and support its long-term strategy to advise ambitious, growth-focused businesses and their owners through change, complex transactions and value creation.

Green Square brings more than 20 years’ experience advising on transactions across a range of ownership structures, including founder-led and investor-backed businesses. While particularly recognised for its work in the marketing, media and technology sectors, the team has broad experience advising on cross-border transactions across diverse commercial environments.

TLT’s Corporate team advised on all aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Alice Gardner, Partner and Dan Whitewood, Legal Director, supported by Irina Angliss, Senior Associate and Sophie Pearson, Legal Solicitor Apprentice and a wider cross practice multidisciplinary team.
