Alice also leads our Financial Services transactional team regularly advising on M&A transactions in this sector from banks, fintechs, PE investors, insurers and regulated providers of professional services.
Alice’s clients include public and private corporates (UK and international), PE investors and company founders.
Alice brings together expertise both as a lawyer and business adviser to ensure that clients' ambitions are realised effectively and efficiently.
