Legal Director
Dan specialises in advising on corporate M&A transactions and is recognised in Legal 500 as a key lawyer for venture capital.
Throughout his career he has advised clients such as BlackRock, HSBC, Barclays, LDC, Pollen Street and YFM as well as a number of private equity backed companies on acquisitions, disposals and investment rounds, across a broad range of sectors including financial services, digital and retail.
Dan also has a great deal of experience acting for the shareholders of businesses undergoing a sale process, and has spent time ‘in-house’ on secondment at global investment management firm Invesco.
