TLT continues to invest in Real Estate with appointment of new partner

TLT has bolstered its Real Estate Department with the appointment of Fosia Solomou as a Partner in London, broadening the firm’s experience in advising on complex domestic and international commercial real estate transactions.

Fosia joins the firm from Dentons (London) and has extensive experience advising on large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including high value acquisitions and disposals, significant development projects and real estate joint ventures. She also advises on corporate real estate and financing matters.

Fosia has particular specialisms acting for clients in the industrial and logistics sector and office sector. Fosia has recently advised a US alternative asset manager on a £450 million sale and leaseback of a supermarket property portfolio and a European logistics real estate investor on the acquisition of two prime logistics assets for £50 million.

Fosia is the third Real Estate sector Partner to join the firm in the past 12 months, following the appointments of Colin Brown; Neal Bhattacharyya; and Jonathan O’Hagan in 2025.

She is the second partner appointment TLT have announced this month, in addition to Alison Richards, and following Helen Raynsford and Ollie Ward-Jones in March. In October 2025, TLT also completed the UK’s largest legal practice dedicated to public law, infrastructure planning and future energy.

Commenting on her arrival, Fosia said: “The UK real estate market remains full of opportunity, and I am excited to be joining a firm with such an impressive client base, clear ambition and forward-thinking approach. I look forward to working side‑by‑side with my clients and colleagues as we continue to grow our real estate practice and embrace the opportunities ahead.”

Andy Bell, Partner and Head of Real Estate Investment & Asset Management added: “Fosia is well known as a rising star within the real estate community and has developed impressively strong client relationships and an extensive professional network, all of which will be of enormous value to our real estate practice at TLT.

“In an ever-changing market our clients are increasingly seeking our advice to unlock emerging opportunities, and Fosia’s proactive, forward thinking and strategic leadership will further enhance our ability to provide this at top tier level for our clients.”
