- Advising McDonald’s Restaurants and Holland & Barrett on the management of their property portfolios across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Representing an international investor in the acquisition of a high-quality, multi-tenanted office building in Dublin’s Docklands.
- Acting for an electric vehicle charging operator in the expansion of their network throughout Ireland.
- Advising various Irish banks and lenders on the financing of a diverse range of commercial property assets across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including hotels, retail parks, office developments, and logistics facilities.
- Representing a UK-based bank in the financing of a battery energy storage system located in the Irish Midlands.
- Advising an international investor, as part of a broader multidisciplinary team, in relation to the acquisition of logistics facilities in Manchester.
