Experience

Advised the developer on the delivery of a landmark waterfront mixed-use development comprising Grade A office accommodation, residential apartments, retail and leisure space, and significant public realm improvements.

Our role included supporting the acquisition and assembly of the development site, negotiating complex development and funding arrangements, advising on construction and delivery issues, and assisting with the pre-letting and disposal strategy.
