Andy heads up the Financial Services sector at TLT from a Real Estate perspective.
Andy provides legal advice on property finance, property acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant and all property related recoveries matters. He leads the firm’s proposition for a number of leading financial institutions on lending, estates management and recoveries matters.
Recent experience for Andy includes leading teams on advising Aviva, Barclays, RBS, Nat West, Santander, Handelsbanken, Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Bank, Together Commercial Finance, Bank of Cyprus and other institutional lenders on all of their real estate requirements. Instructions have covered a range of sectors including residential, retail and leisure, development, healthcare and industrial.
Andy also advises clients in relation to asset management transactions. Clients include Manchester Airport Group, Landmark Investments and Seneca Property.
Andy qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined TLT in 2013.
