Charlotte is experienced in financial services litigation, acting for banks, building societies and other lenders on complex financial disputes, with a particular focus on secured and unsecured debt recoveries.
She deals with a range of issues including challenges to lending terms and conditions, undue influence and allegations of fraud.
Charlotte often deals with high value cases and provides commercial advice on matters involving sensitive issues and reputational risks.

Experience
- Charlotte recently assisted a Partner in preparing for and attending a trial for a bank, on a highly sensitive matter which involved allegations of forgery, at which we were successful in obtaining Judgment.
- Charlotte has worked on a number of projects during her time at TLT, including a remote secondment for a large banking client on a remediation project.
- Charlotte has provided advice to a mortgage lender client on a tenanted property where the tenancy was claimed to be protected under the Rent Act 1977.
- Charlotte successfully applied to strike out a defence, which involved allegations of fraud and collusion, on a possession claim for a building society.
