Cassy has significant experience in all aspects of real estate transactions from high value investment acquisitions such as shopping centres and multi let offices to leasing for landlords and tenants, real estate finance and development work.
Cassy has worked for a significant number and variety of clients in many sectors and her ability to provide commercial advice with a pro-active approach is well received by clients.
At TLT Cassy works for many clients in the Retail and Leisure sector and works closely with colleagues in the licensing, corporate, banking and restructuring teams.
Cassy is also a Notary Public.

- Acting for an assurance society in the acquisition of a number of investments including a premium car dealership, a multi-let development including student accommodation and retail and a multi-let industrial estate.
- Acting for a major UK pubco in all of their ongoing estate management, leasing, disposals and acquisitions.
- Acting for a significant player in the leisure market in the acquisition of a number of new sites in Scotland.
- Acting for a major supermarket in relation to estate management matters.
- Working with our restructuring team on the property elements of a number of high profile insolvency cases.
