Amber is an Associate in the Future Energy team, specialising in in regulatory and commercial energy advice to clients in the renewable, low-carbon and storage sectors.
She has experience across a range of technologies including solar, wind, batteries, biomass, grid stabilising services, hydropower, hydrogen and interconnectors.
She advises on matters including:
- power offtake and supply
- route to market arrangements and PPAs (including virtual and sleeved arrangements)
- asset optimisation
- energy regulation (including licensing, Ofgem audits, CfDs, capacity market arrangements and subsidy schemes)
- grid connections
- electric vehicles
- broader energy transactions and deal execution.
She works at the forefront of the energy market with clients such as generators, offtakers and traders, suppliers, innovative market access providers, commercial customers, developers and early-stage funders.
