TLT shortlisted for two Manchester Legal Awards
The firm has been shortlisted for the Law Firm of the Year award in recognition of the Manchester team’s exceptional people-first culture following the launch of its new fully flexible approach to working in 2021, which has strengthened employee engagement and improved diversity in senior-level roles.
In addition, TLT was nominated for the Employment Team of the Year award recognising the outstanding performance from the team across the year, including their strong reputation in the North West legal market for dealing with the legal consequences of large team moves. The employment team was also singled out for its ability to deliver exceptional service through an active learning culture, enabling the team to be trusted business advisers to clients.
Graeme Orchison, partner and Manchester location head said: “Being recognised for these categories in the Manchester Legal Awards is a reflection of the hard work and dedication the entire team in Manchester puts into delivering exceptional results for clients and the firm.
“We continue to invest in the growth and development of the team in Manchester. This has really paid dividends, as is evident from the outstanding results received from our employee survey in 2021, which were overwhelmingly positive with an overall engagement rate of 87%”.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony taking place on Thursday 9 June.
