Nick Fenner and Sanjay Raphael will be attending the conference and looking forward to meeting you. Nick Fenner
Nick heads TLT's Intellectual Property team.
He provides strategic advice to TLT’s clients across a range of IP issues helping them maximise the value in their intellectual property assets. His clients include international brand owners, technology and media businesses, retailers, brand owners, universities and healthcare companies, His work often involves international aspects collaborating with a strong network of contacts with lawyers in other countries.
Sanjay Raphael
Sanjay is a Senior Trade Mark attorney and leads TLT’s trade mark portfolio management team.
He has over 15 years of experience working in brand management including a period as in house counsel, and is well versed in the nuances of trade mark protection. He helps clients devise robust national and international strategies to maximise brand protection and is involved in implementing technology solutions to assist clients streamline their processes.
Humna is a Managing Associate.
She specialises in a range of contentious Intellectual Property matters (including trade mark, design right, copyright and passing off), breach of Confidential Information as well as matters involving comparative advertising and Reputation Management.
Graeme leads our team in Manchester.
He is a specialist in all aspects of IP dispute resolution and regularly represents clients in high profile cases in the High Court. He has considerable experience in dealing with design right, trademark and copyright issues arising for clients operating from direct marketing and on-line trading platforms, both on a local and an international basis.
