• Successfully negotiated a trade mark dispute to avoid the client unduly limiting the scope of protection that their trade mark offered. In reaching a conclusion on the negotiations, the client was able to maintain a broader scope of protection which meant that their business needs were adequately protected.
• Assisted a client in strategically putting in place trade mark protection for their business in the UK and internationally. The client had been trading for a while but did not have in place trade mark protection for their long-standing business. The client asked for Sanjay’s support in ensuring trade mark protection was put in place and to liaise with various international agents to properly guide and deliver the progress of the applications worldwide.
