TLT recognised for two awards at The Lawyer Awards 2022
TLT was recognised for the best talent and inclusion award for the launch of the firm’s fully flexible working approach – TLT World – introduced in June 2021. The new approach is driving a comprehensive, long-term shift in working practices to create an environment that’s flexible, inclusive, progressive and sustainable. Partly as a result of TLT World, the firm has already significantly improved diversity in senior roles and increased TLT’s female partner representation to 31.5% - up from 24% in October 2019.
The firm was also acknowledged in the most innovative use of technology category for work achieved with FutureLaw – an innovative approach built on insight, process and technology to meet the changing needs of clients and driving impactful results.
The nominations come after TLT was named Law Firm of the Year in 2021 by The Lawyer after a phenomenal 12 months of growth.
John Wood, managing partner at TLT commented: “Just one year after we were named Law Firm of the Year, it’s fantastic to once again be nominated in The Lawyer’s flagship annual awards. It is a very welcome recognition of our forward-thinking and progressive approach to work, which places our people at the heart of everything we do.
“We’ve had an excellent year at TLT. We’ve successfully launched a new fully-flexible approach to working, we’ve continued to recruit at pace, and we’re making great strides in improving diversity in our more senior roles. It’s an exciting time to be working at the firm and we’re very proud to once again be on the shortlist for The Lawyer Awards.”
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 21 June 2022.
