Having carried out a full property-based Training Contract, Angharad has several years property experience which supports her in supporting clients with their general asset management relating to cash-flow and mid-long term planning.

• Obtaining successful judgment in a possession claim for a social housing provider where a recently acquired property had been fraudulently let by an unknown third party; 
• Advising and preparing settlement for a £1.5m dilapidations claim over a warehouse unit; 
• Advising a pub-company client on prescriptive access rights over unregistered land to the rear of their premises necessary for ongoing deliveries.
