• Mediating a complex and multi-party dispute between five shareholders of an accountancy business involving claims for unfair prejudice, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties.
• Mediating a claim for breach of contract arising in relation to an agreement for the traffic management systems and roadside signage.
