As head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, Chris has built a reputation for acting for household brands in all aspects of commercial litigation.
This includes the resolution of complex contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder claims, IT contracts, manufacturing and engineering disputes, injunction proceedings, professional negligence, arbitration proceedings, mediation (Chris is an accredited mediator) cross border claims and jurisdiction disputes.
Chris is head of International at TLT and also played an integral role in TLT being shortlisted for innovation in Resourcing by the Financial Times. He is independently recognised as a top tier leading lawyer in the field of dispute resolution by Chambers UK.
