We advise our clients on the resolution of a broad range of property related disputes. Many have significant portfolios and we provide strategic advice on implementing changes and delivering value from their properties.
We act for commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, financial institutions, public sector bodies, corporate and other occupiers.
We provide a full service for clients in commercial landlord and disputes, including dilapidations, lease renewals, rent reviews and contractual claims. We have particular expertise in insolvency issues.
We also advise on complex issues that impact on the activity of developers and other clients; these include restrictive covenants, rights of way, rights of light, telecommunications, mines and minerals and the enforcement of options and other property rights.
